I would totally recommend Links Estate Agent, Exmouth.
From the moment I welcomed Glenda in to my home to value my property I felt relaxed and at ease. I was very impressed with the knowledge and information she shared with the property market and the years experience she holds both locally and within the market generally.
That encounter then led to me meeting and being guided by Mark, Ryan, Julie, Laura and Glenda herself; all of whom went above and beyond to assist me to sell my flat. Their professionalism, transparency, loyalty and total commitment was second to none. I was informed through every process including the value of the property, the marketing materials (including the property portals they use) ,informative feedback with every viewing and constant up to date information. Every member of staff was up to date with the process of my sale and, if they were unable to answer any of my queries, I would receive a direct call thereafter with the answer. Links Estate Agent (Exmouth) are 100% compliant, friendly and approachable. My whole selling process was completely stress free and having experienced such a fantastic service I look forward to buying the home through them (which, incidentally, they "matched" for me having listened to my requirements and desires). 100% recommendation from me.
