Failed to deal with the important issues.
These guys completely failed to manage or look after our previously immaculate 6 bedroom house.
Failed to tackle any of the issues related to cleaning the house, or maintaining the garden.
Provided very poor advice when one of the tenants left.
When the remaining tenant was reported by the neighbours as missing, it took them nearly 3 weeks to visit the property. Tenant found dead.
KFH have since completely gone missing. The complaints manager does not reply - presumably overwhelmed with work
