Russell sold me my flat and he impressed me back then in 2006 so when it came to my decision to sell my flat six years later I didn\'t really have to think twice. In any case, I did get other estate agents to look at the property but Winkworth gave the fairest price and they\'ve been professional and hard-working and it\'s resulted in a sale. I like the fact that they\'re local and know the area. They\'re an effective and friendly estate agency with the personal touch. Helen
