All in all a good onboarding experience. Service was prompt and it was easy to see, discuss and change property information.
All people that viewed the property said they had had a good and prompt service from Hatched - although a couple of viewers did sit in their car waiting for an agent to turn up to show the property not realising that it would be the vendor showing them around. This could hence be communicated to viewers more clearly.
My only real negative comment was that there is a very distinct lack of personalisation. All e-mails and texts are sent \'from Hatched\' rather than from a specific person. Therefore there was sometimes confusion about who to speak to in relation to queries from prospective buyers. It would be nice if there was a specific person designated to your property who you could deal with consistently.
Overall a positive experience that saved me thousands of pounds on high street agents fees.
I would recommend Hatched - but be prepared for a lack of personalisation.
