I have just rented an apartment and Dan Mack was just excellent. He was always available when we had questions and made it all very easy for us, even though we made most plans when we were still abroad.
The only problems we had did not involve Mack in any way. The person coming for the inventory came late and as we moved in from another country we missed an appointment at the bank because of this. Also now we seem to be having alot of problems with the customer care of choices. We call them with a problem and they tell you that they will speak to the landlord but they never get back to ou. You call again and it feels like you are making the complaint for the first time! I hope that this is sorted.
So in all ten out of ten to Dan but the rest needs sorting out!
