Diabolical end to tenancy
the letting agency have had a new tenant in the property before deciding that the carpets needed cleaning professionally...This despite the fact that when we moved in the carpets were listed on the inventory as stained and marked.
This despite the work and money we as tenants put in to the property to make in acceptabe:
Astroturf that caused the rear garden to flood was removed and we lined the area with membrance and pea pebbles to make the rear garden useable.
The garage walls were in very poor condition, we reclad them and painted them.
Garage facia boards were rotten and we replaced those and painted them.
Window ledges had crumbling paint on them so we stripped them and repainted them.
Rear pation cleaned as the flagstones badly stained.
Dining room repainted as had really poor painted walls and skirting boards.
Front garden fence repaired after a member of the public drove into it, Landlords coldnt be bothered chasing up the driver to replace the fence and admitted as much to us but we had to repair at our cost as part of the inventory.
Generally Taylor Garnier took our money but did nothing for us.
