Arranged to view a property. The agent told me he needed to confirm with the owner. I did not hear from him and went to the venue thinking/assuming it was a go as I did not hear from the agent.
He was rude, arrogant, unprofessional and totally unapologetic while inferring it was my fault.
I asked to speak to his manager - Mr (Not)Goodenough wass equally as rude with the added bonus of being on the defensive.
Dreadful office - awful people - DON'T USE THEM!!!!
