Took 6 months of a 12 month let to fix a drain leakage and damp issues in basement, despite continual nagging. This led to the resident of that bedroom having ruined clothes and shoes and poor health for a long time.
Other repairs also took a long time to fix.
A contractor they sent in near the end of the tenancy left us locked out of the basement, meaning we could not take final meter readings (my housemate who lived in this room had already left and returned her keys, but she had left it unlocked for us). Despite assuring me they would take the meter readings for us and send them over immediately, it took 3 days of me chasing to get the meter readings, which had been taken wrong anyway!
Slow to respond and appalling communication within the company.
