It was a real shame that you felt the need to write such a bad review. We have been successfully selling houses online for the past 5 years. This wouldn't have happened if we didn't answer emails, phone calls and voicemails
The online package you chose during lockdown was the basic DIY Gold package and as such you are entirely responsible for your own advert content and responding to enquiries received through our online portal. Your property was advertised for a month, which resulted in 2 viewings, before you decided to raise these concerns. As stated in our correspondence with you, you had 14 days from signing up to cancel and receive a refund, however you waited 6 weeks after signing up.
