seems impossible to do business with the slack admin of this company!! you can phone and leave messages, re land for sale,ended up missing the auction through it!! this weekend sent message on property enquiry for viewing a property and guess what??? no person got back to me,,why am I surprised. even phoned just now on then press 1 for the sales team, end up getting conveyancing assistant wheres she cant get an answer!! want to make a complaint?? no the director is out?? ok whens hes back, not sure!!! really poor customer service skills detrimental to the success of the company I would say.
