Having been a landlord for nearly 12 years; at the beginning finding the right letting agency was, for me being new to the letting business, was like walking into a proverbial minefield..
Especially with myself not living in Devon but Dorset I had to rely on the integrity of letting agencies 100%. After 3 letting agencies, and myself becoming more clued up on many issues that I did not totally agree with.
A friend, in the same letting business suggested Novahomes.
Okay I thought, give them a chance. Cutting a long story short it was the best move I ever made. Lee Whitelaw MD and his team could see where things had not been 100% Kosha and made amendments. I have now had all my properties managed by Novahomes with not one, yes, not one mishap or difference of opinion for nearly 5 years now.
So, in conclusion, existing landlords, or up and coming new landlords, I can personally give you a guarantee you will be well guided. Safety certificates. property issues etc etc will be taken well care of.
I personally will not be changing my Novahomes Letting Agency as long as I have letting properties.
