I\'m not impressed with them in the slightest, they have excessive fee\'s listed in their contract, if you miss a payment £25 plus interest, check the contracts as there seem\'s to be a lot of demands. They sent a builder round to change our bath and didn\'t tell me that this was happening as such I came home one day and the bath had been removed, most annoying after I had been exercising and couldn\'t have a shower.

I\'ve made several complaints to them via email regarding a variety of aspects, mainly the poor security in the property, they didn\'t even make any effort to reply or persue with the property management company either.

They side with the landlord everytime meaning that we have no choice but to comply as they have so many T & C\'s and fine\'s listed in the contract it would be easy for them to claim extra dividend to do a simple job.

The house was rented as a joint tenancy when one of the 3 tenants moved out and the name was changed on the contract they charged £168 to change the names, they never checked the inventory at this point they simply re-printed the contract.

Then 3 months into renting the property they just change the name of the company to hide their poor service....dispicable behaiviour
What agent could do to change your mind?
Don\'t trust them, they don\'t charge honest fee\'s and have some hefty fee\'s for photocopying a standard contract. Complete failure to react to any complaints or request of the tenants.
