Absolutely awful company, charge you to do nothing. I had to take my own pictures in the end as the lady who came tried to advertise pictures that was horrid. I have complained numerous times and now have had to go the financial ombudsman to help. We was lied to by the agent who told us we wouldn't have to pay until the house was sold but later found out after signing the contract that this was false as if your house is not sold with in 10 months you have to pay regardless. Communication skills from the agent is shocking, never answered calls or messages and when she did message she would completely ignore anything I asked. Would never buy or sell with these again
