Absolute cowboys, avoid these guys.

1) Peter did not disclose that he was the owner of the apartment he was selling to me.
2) After paying the deposit and signing an agreement to take the propert off the market, they then offered the property to another buyer even though they had "sold" the property to me.

Don\'t even bother with these clowns

CQ, your response clearly demonstrates your total lack of legal knowledge in sales! Total nonsense!
In accordance with Section 21 and Sections 31/32 of the Estates Agents Act 1979, under the Provision of Information Regulations, you are required by LAW to disclose all 'connected persons and personal interests of the company', this covers employers, employees, relatives, spouses, or business associates (i.e all partners and directors).
Therefore, you are in flagrant breach of the law. It is shocking and beggars belief that as a legitimate estate agent that you purport to be, you did not this?!
You do not derserve to be operating and I will report your agency and take further action with Trading Standards.

This forum is here, so stuff like this doesn't stay 'private', case you wonder...

If its not true what are you sorry for?

This is not true. Please let us know which property are you referring to?
In all sales we so not disclose who the owner is for legal reasons. Full disclosure is given to solicitors when paperwork is sent out.
We are sorry you have had a bad experience but please get in contact so we can resolve this in a more private forum. Without details of events this can only be one sided.
