We originally selected a competitor who failed to sell our property. After about four months we moved agency to Townends, who had been our second choice originally. Within a month they had generated three different offers at an acceptable level, and they provided good advice to us which enabled us to select a well motivated buyer who completed quickly. The service was always polite and efficient, and the valuations they suggested through the process were realistic (unlike several other agents).
