used this company to try and sort a rental property ..went through the hoop jumping checks as usual ..All came back approved. Spoke to one of their employees for an update and almost felt like i was being a nuisance ! waited a further 2 weeks only to be told the landlord had let the flat to a friend of a friend ! Perhaps this company should carry out checks on their landlords too !!
