They took my money, kind of stolen it, it is been more than 6 months, I cannot get my money. Avoid at any cost !! I regret dealing with them.

Please if any one reading this can help getting me my money back please let me know

i have been coned by them as well in 2018. i have took the matter to the property ombudsman and i got my money back + reward ! please do the same! it will take time but will be worth it !

They have taken fees which ended up being noo refundable without condition and terms, have been asking for additional fees which have never been agreed upon, and also it took about 2 weeks and numerous emails just to confirm the money was transferred.

Same experience here. It's the same pattern across experiences. In our case they took money for an apartment that they said was 'ready to move into', and dragged us for almost a year with excuses, rude customer service, and proven lies, while we were waiting in temporary accomodation. ...

Horrible experience with Claremont Property, they rip off tenants as proven by myself. They make you pay a reference fee and then do everything in there power to make you fail the reference which results in them keeping your reference fee (£300!) Stay well clear...
