From our first contact with Fine & Conutry, everyone we dealt with in the Leamkngton Spa office was professional and efficient yet made us feel at ease (something you often dont feel with estate agents!) We had quite a difficult time with our purchase and Julie did everything she could to keep all parties informed of progress and to mediate between us and the vendors (not an easy task at times!) Even once the purchase had gone through, Julie was a great help to us settling into a new area and finding our feet. I couldn\'t recommend Fine & Country highly enough.
