Absolutely disgraceful experience.
No customer service, no care for tenants. after one week of living there we were left with a leak in the bathroom that got so bad the ceiling and floor was at risk of falling in.
Only with intervention of environmental health and contacting building managers ourselves did they attempt to contact the landlord but even then with no urgency what so ever.
Clearly no checks had been done on the apartment as the bed was broken and mattress covered in blood stains when we turned it over on day of moving in.
No help was offered to ask the landlord for replacements. Lisa & Yvonne both hopeless, rude and when they weren\'t the latter they were \'in meetings.\' I would sooner sleep in a doorway than give this agent a penny and strongly advise people to avoid them at all costs.
