Very bizarre administration at this letting agent. They claimed for days that they did not receive an email and accused us of not being keen enough to rent...utterly bizarre. Rude emails then followed and a generally unpleasant experience unfortunately.

This was not during Covid, it was much before. We completed all paperwork and checks for a bungalow in westerton and the organisation and treatment was bizarre, unfortunately. I hope you have resolved your email problems

Sorry but what property were you applying for and can you tell me exactly what happened as this was during covid shutdown and we were all working from home

Rude, obnoxious staff from the off. Property for let was agreed to be unfurnished, turn up to move in and its furnished. No apology offered and had to wait 5 days for the furniture to be removed. Treated any issue with disdain and disrespect. Similar difficulties ...

Im disturbed to read your review but puzzled as we cant trace your name in our data base and at no time are my staff rude or dismissive to tenants. On the contrary they are polite and friendly at all times and show total respect to our tenants and landlords. We have been in business for 20 years and have so many ex tenants who went on to buy property and employ us to rent on their behalf. I fail to understand what your complaint relates to as we dont have any complaints or formal complai ...
