As mirrored by many other comments, the staff were initially friendly & helpful. However, after move in the attitude changed and they became unhelpful and curt. Correspondence was written in a manner implying the tenant was guilty until proven innocent. Problems were slow to be resolved and only then after being chased and reminded or the problems\' details. Disappointed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Correspondence should have been polite, slow to resolve problems, had to remind agent of problems when chasing.
