Allen Heritage inherited us from our previous letting agency who went into administration. I found the team at Allen Heritage to be extremely helpful and very professional. Due to its size, our flat was always going to be challenging to let, this did not stop the team, who went to market with gusto and tenacity. They were always on hand to answer any questions and concerns we had and did so with a positive, can do attitude. This approach was refreshing and left us in no doubt we were/are dealing with the right team. Their knowledge coupled with this positive approach resulted in us finding a tenant quickly, under the circumstances, and at the price we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Allen Heritage to any landlord looking for a trustworthy and reliable partner.
