Response time to emails is "14 WORKING days" (their automated reply to emails) but even that is an empty promise. I emailed them almost 4 weeks ago but still have not had a reply despite reminding them a few more times. I think this is unacceptable, given that they get paid by me for their service.

Refuse to provide or maintain proper accounts or deal with leaseholders account queries. This company really needs to be investigated for improper practices, breaches of the data protection act and lack of client confidentiality. Complaint lodged with RICS....

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
