Hi, I’m in London and had similar awful experience with Purple bricks. I didn’t pay upfront as I was told and it said on their purple bricks.com website (that closed in the meantime but was live back in 2018) that I only pay the fees after the property is sold so I deferred it. They never bother with viewings, had only a handful over the 10 months period and the property never sold. They blamed it on Brexit yet I have to pay. I will not pay and will go to Property Ombudsman and to court if ...
