My husband and I have sold and purchased from Independent Estates three times previously from the Wishaw Branch. Over a period of six years. The Staff are all Excellent Professional and very Friendly and Approachable. Nothing is a problem.
Fantastic service both Estate side of things and from the Financial side of things.
To find an honest Financial Consultant is very rare Mr Gary Hughes is a true gentleman who advises what is best for you and your financial situation and his only concern is doing what's best for his clients. His work ethic to get you the correct mortgage is impeccable..
My husband and I cannot praise Mr Hughes highly enough .
Finally , our 4th sale was with Independent Estates in Carluke. We dealt with two wonderful professionals. Lynn and Sandy. The service both of them have given us is superb. Our house in Carluke was sold within a week.
Lynn and Sandy were outstanding. So we Thank you so very much .

We sold both of our Flats with Independent Estates. The service we received from Lynn and Sandy was second to none. We found them very informative, courteous and competent.
We received weekly progress reports which was Ideal.

Like anyone selling your house for the first time can be a bit daunting but Lynn and Sandy were brilliant. They were helpful and kept us updated regular about the viewings and feedback. Our house was sold within 2 weeks. I highly recommend them....
