Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware: It is always disappointing when shown round a property by someone who is ill-prepared. There was no information available about the vendor's position and the property was being marketed as if the current vendor had made the improvements to justify a £35k - £40k price increase in less than 3 years. They had not! This was advertising under false pretences. Poor show I'm afraid. 1/5 please see me after class. Be more prepared for your prospective buyers and treat them with some respect.
