Not worth one star, throughout the time of living in a property managed by Samsung and george they caused nothing but distress to me and my partner. Having to live in a house that is falling apart around us bath and shower was un useable ...

Thank you for your comments and feedback. I'm disappointed by your comments which do not match our version of events. We do take your comments very seriously, none of my staff have accessed your property without consent and when you brought this to our attention we referred you to the police. The landlord of the property is a long standing client of Sansome & George and has usually approved repairs very quickly. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
