We found Ross very aggressive in his approach to us in pressurising us to lower the selling price below that which we were happy with.
Then when the deal was completed, at a price £80,000 less than Ross\'s initial valuation, there were two significant mistakes in his invoice sent to our solicitor. We raised this matter, but were told we didn\'t understand and there was nothing wrong. Eventually we visited Ross at his showroom and confronted him with the figures At first these were disregarded, but, on our insistence, they were examined, and it was agreed that we had been overcharged by almost £850.
For these reasons we could not recommend the agency.
Shannon was pleasant and helpful at alll times.
