Chris Wood is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with and in my opinion PDQ are just a breath of fresh air as far as Estate Agents are concerned.
They are courteous, they are honest, they are on the ball and they know the state of play with my transaction at any given moment.
Chris keeps me up to date by email as I am in Africa and nothing escapes him, if something is amiss, he is on to it in a flash.
I seriously can not recommend this company and Chris Wood strongly enough. Chris visited my property and within 2 days there was a video on You Tube, the next day there was an HD version. he sold the place 9 days later. Amazing, can not fault them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more truthful & tactful. Consider the prospective buyer was unwell but still wanted to make the effort to view a few days later. In fact consider the prospective buyer as well as the seller.Attached Filesnbsp;

Having checked our file on this, our notes show that we did explain the very high levels of interest in the property prior to your viewing appointment and again at the time you unfortunately had to cancel due to ill health. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
