I dealt with all four of the staff at Hetheringtons,Theydon bois branch and recieved both professionalism and courtesy from Joan,Nigel,Dominic and Denise whenever I checked up on the progress of my purchase.The purchase went smoothly and I would recommend Hetheringtons to anybody.I also sold my previous house through Hetheringtons,Theydon bois which completed 3-2-2012 some 7 months prior to my recent purchase and recieved first class service on that occasion also.

This feedback is really usefull, thanks. It was indeed a difficult sale at times and our buyer was not always forthcoming with information we required and this in turn did lead to some unfortunate delays. The 'not good not bad' comment concerns us as we aim to provide a service that is memorable, not indifferent. We are now installing even stricter monitoring procedures with regular date alerts so our clients are kept fully up to speed at even closer intervals than at present.
