We bought a property that was represented by Goadsby (Winchester office) and the service they provided was excellent. The purchase was handled by Georgia Munro Ford who was communicative, attentive to detail and extremely helpful. All of this ensured that the property purchase went through smoothly and I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

To be fair, if the landlord has not accepted your references, there is nothing the agency can do. It's the landlords property and they can refuse to let it. ...

Actually taking a buyer in a good position seriously. Actually relaying offers made on a property to the vendor Price houses according to what other agents and sold prices indicate for the area Avoid being blunt to customers and be open and approachable Just because you are an Estate Agent doesn't mean you can treat others like scum!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more professional, doing their job instead of blaming others for their mistakes, or blaming the tenants instead of themselves. Telling us all the information we need to know at the beginning so no trouble like this would accrue so near to moving in dates! There is so much that they have no way of improving.

Completely agree with the description unprofessional and unfair. Started to explain the reasons I am so disappointed as a buyer but can't be bothered now. Too long winded and unbelievable. Just avoid like the plague ...
