Rice & Roman's very professional and helpful approach throughout [what turned out to be] the somewhat protracted sale of my mother's flat was much appreciated. Josh, who was my initial contact, offered guidance and practical support even before the sale was placed with his firm. He, and others in the team, kept me informed throughout the process and 'chased' not only my solicitor, but all the others involved in the chain, so as to keep things moving.
The commission rate is slightly higher than some other firms charge, but I feel the service provided is worth the small additional cost. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling a retirement flat.
