Allan Fuller were shocking to deal with from start to finish.
Our landlord put the property up for sale and we were to be given 2 months notice to vacate the premises. We only found out the property had been sold when a surveyor came to the flat, then we received letters from BT and Sky stating that our services were being cancelled as we were moving out. We then had a matter of weeks to find a new property. Allen Fuller did eventually apologise.
Now 2 weeks after we moved, we\'re still awaiting the return of our deposit, which the landlord had instructed Allan Fuller to release to us.
During our tenancy, any contact we had with Allan Fuller was met with a rude and negative attitude.
