I cannot speak highly enough of this company. All the staff have been helpful, professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to find temporary accommodation for my husband and me at very short notice before our rental property became available. This was particularly helpful as we are new to the area. The team at Riverside are just brilliant. Highly recommended.

Update 28/01/21 - Riverside's last ditch attempt to cause trouble for us has failed today! They lied to Hull Council Tax saying we left the property on 08/01/21 when it was 31/12/20. Only when HCC asked THEM to prove this did they retract their statement. Nice Try Riverside haha! ...

Always got good tenants very quickly through Riverside. Any problems that arise with the property are dealt with swiftly and promptly so the tenant is happy, if the tenant is happy then they stay, so I'm happy.
