This agency dealt with the sale of a property for me and the consequent rental hand over to the new owners which they continued to manage. The flat has a feed in tariff because of solar panels on the roof, since selling the property the agent has not dealt with the transfer of the Eon account so the new owners are not getting paid and I am still waiting for my final payment which Eon cannot pay because no one has confirmed the new ownership. Contacted the agent who pretended to listen but did f*** all.
