If I could have left 0 stars I would have!! I rented a student house in Ecclesall road from blundells, big mistake! If you choose to make the same mistake I did you can expect to wait months for any vital repairs (I had no kitchen floor for 3 months), be rented an unsafe flat, never have your calls answered, be lied to by staff and have to take legal action to get your deposit returned. There are plenty of other alternatives in Sheffield.. STAY AWAY!

Also found this blundells to be utterly incompetent. The agent didnt turn up for the viewing meaning we had to be shown around by the previous tenants, they failed to send the all various forms and contracts (either by not sending them at all or by sending them to the wrong email address) until we contacted them about it for the third time, and caused a lot of stress by (as the previous commenter also experienced) breaching privacy laws and giving our details to Spark.
