Hello, Any chance you are renting the flat 1 in W5 5PE. They are charging us for professional cleaning on this flat but they didn't clean when we moved in. I wouldn't be surprise as we have about the same experience. An advise, re-check your check in report many times as if you don't notice a crack they will charge you for it at the check out. Used RSK to sell my house, Charles was really friendly and knew what he was talking about. Was originally on with Foxtons who failed to find a buyer in 4 months, sold my house in 3 weeks with RSK. Would recommend (fees also cheaper than Foxtons were)....
