Terrible after rental service.

Took over a month to return the deposit with excessive charges for what was a simple repair. No deductions were proposed until 4 weeks after tenancy ended despite constantly chasing.

Unacceptable service regarding deposit return. No deadline is put on landlords to propose deductions meaning everyone involved can drag their feet and force you into accepting unreasonable charges.

No responsibility or ownership taken by management.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If you read my review I think is obvious what is my suggestion to the agent: BE RESPONSIBLE. I don't think I will change my mind. One time is enough to be disappointed.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have responded more quickly, been more sympathetic. Replied to our emails / calls / voicemails. Been more professional in their manner. Apologised when they were in the wrong. Allowed us contact with our landlord in order to speed up certain processes. Not given our keys out to random members of the landlord's family. Informed us when builders were coming round, so we weren't surprised by strange men in our flat first thing in the morning (an essential, in a house of girls).

Tough to be an estate agent huh. Judging by the reviews on here they are taking the mickey if they value it too high, but god forbid they value it too low! I can't believe I sat on the market for ages without an offer! Or I sold really quickly - they probably lost me money!!! Hard to see how they can ever win when all that really matters is the vendors greed and how every seller thinks their house is the best and buyers feel it is ok to be rude to someone that is staying late and working satu ...
