I cannot thank Patrick Oliver enough for their support during the sale of my property. Their wholly committed and kept me informed from start to finish. Gemma and her team have such a forward thinking approach, that I would highly recommend anyone to go to them above and beyond all agents in this town. They work 7 days a week, 12 hour days, and make sure we are up to date and reassured throughout our challenging sale. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Sales, Lettings, Property management, they've got the formula right.

James, your tenant passed referencing and so did his guarantors. I told you his situation and you accepted him. He moved in in April 2018, and vacated in September 2018. We stopped managing your property in September 2018, and we left on good terms. So whoever your new tenant is since, we have had nothing to do with you property.
