When requested by Stags Okehampton branch to leave a review on Allagents web-site, I had a glance at what had been written previously and was surprised by the lack of participants wishing to share their views.
Whilst acknowledging that the majority would not feel moved by their experience to express their opinion, the “motivated” minority are also seemingly absent given that there were just two reviews in November, one in October, one in September, two in August, forget July, then two back in June, May there were two, forget April, two in March, two in February with three in January. Not a vote nor endorsement for the Stags system of operating I suggest. Their multi office business “formula” is clearly diluting with time.
I (now) recognise the lack of “enthusiasm” of others to engage following my purchase through Stags, however Mark Berry and Neil Thomas were both delightful to deal with.
It is notable that following legal completion neither the branch manager nor the senior negotiator involved in the sale picked up the telephone to share the delight or relief that we (finally) secured the keys; plus that they would receive an “inflated” cheque and would really like another one from us as vendors when we decide to move.
