Radford Residential has looked after my flat for the past 5 years. Brain and his team have been exceptional throughout. They have found lovely tenants that have paid on time, and looked after the flat during their tenancy. Brian has also ensured that all certificates are kept up to date and that the flat is kept in good repair. Brian is also very kind and helpful and if anything needs to be repaired with the flat he will always get the best person and quote for the job, which takes the hassle and stress away from me. Over the years i feel that Brain has gone over and above what other management companies may do for their clients and i have no trouble in recommending their company to other people that may be looking to rent out their property.
