We have used Fry & Kent to sell our last two homes, the purchase of two properties and used their letting department on another property over the period of at least 12 years. We can say, that in all our experiences across many departments over this time, we have continually been pleased with their professionalism and results.
This has been reflected in the positive attitude other professionals have toward Fry & Kent that we have used in these processes, such as solicitors and surveyors.

These guys are honestly one of the worst estate agents. I cannot wait to get out of my contract! They NEVER respond to anything and they even sent me a fake gas certificate...something I will be taking further....

I rent from this agency, they told me a contract renewal was £20 when I moved in. A year later they then asked for £50 for a contract renewal, I signed all the paperwork and went to pay the £50 to find that they actually hid the VAT ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have allocated me one friendly knowlegible person for a point of contact to take me through the whole process. Human touch could cover multitude of imperfections.
