If your reading this good luck with your sale! I was dubious of going on the market with brexit looming and had several estate agents visit. We chose Seven keys and glad we did. Excellent experience from start to finish, Ross ensured he went above and beyond his duties with out of hours questions and extremely competitive prices. You definitely get more than what you pay for with a personal touch with this estate agent. I have recommended Ross on several occasions already and would definitely use him in future sales.

We will support you at every turn throughout your journey and promise to be forthcoming with any help we can offer. We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please notify your Seven Keys Property Consultant and they will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please put your complaint in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below. If you feel we have not sought to address your complaint within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman.
