We were looking to move from Cambridgeshire to Hampshire and therefore needed to limit our viewings due to the distance of travel.
On Rightmove we saw properties of interest including \'Greystones\'. We were disappointed with the viewings we had had, and considering the long journey back home, we decided to drive and look at the property (albeit just externally.) We were impressed and took a punt at ringing the agent for an on the spot viewing. Hilary Landey was from the outset helpful and understanding of our situation. She made several calls and managed to obtain the keys from the owners and met up with us. During the viewing Hilary was a perfect agent not pounding us with information but answering our questions in a very professional manner. All through our subsequent dealings with Hilary, we were extremely impressed by her and the company she acts for. No move is easy!!!!! However, when there is a friendly, understanding and professional agent it helps immensely. Thanks HIlary and Fine & Country.
