I have had maybe the worst experience of my life when dealing with this company.
From the compulsory insurance to the £90 renewal fee (which is hidden away on the tenancy agreement) to the £120 end of contract charge. I have found dealing with this company to be an excercise in stress and frustration. They have taken over a month on two occasions to fix issues- one of them being hot water.
When I moved into the property in December the heating and hot water didn\'t work. I was offered not compensation to this or anything else they have done. I\'ve asked to speak to the landlord on numerous occasions and been blocked from doing this even though by LAW they have to provide you with their details.
Do NOT consider this company to use as a landlord or to rent from.
A truly terrible company who don\'t deserve to be given ANY positive reviews or exposure.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Their job in an open, honest and timely manner.
