Never ever rent anything from this company!!!!
I have never had such horrible treatment ever before. They do not care about your living conditions and if you ever raise a concern about your well-being in the apartment- you WILL be ignored.
Things went downhill from the very first night we have moved in. We were excited to start a new chapter in the new house to be greeted with a bed full of bedbugs. None of us had an alternative place to live so we immediately raised this issue with the agency. I'm sure most of you will agree that sleeping in a bed full of bed bugs is not something we wanted to pay rent for.
it took the agency a WHOLE WEEK for them to get involved and do something about this. during this week of waiting, we were sleeping in the contaminated apartment. We have been calling the agency to see what can be done, and have said that the least they can do is replace the bed. However, the agent that looked after us could't even do that. She kept trying to convince us that after the bed has been sprayed, it is safe to sleep in. After debating about this for a month they finally agreed to remove the old bed and replace it with a new one.
We never expected this sort of service and I never thought I would have to spend my breaks at work on the phone with the agent almost begging them to give us a clean and safe place to sleep in. The whole experience has been soul destroying and I would never wish his on my worst enemy
