Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed by the service provided. I do feel the review of 1 star is not a true reflection of how the whole tenancy went as you were in residence for around 2.5 years and seem to be basing it purely on the deposit return, however you are of course entitled to your opinion. Complaints procedure

If at anytime you are unhappy with your experience with Property Moves we have the following procedure in place.

Please outline your complaint in writing to one of the Directors for it to be reviewed and a response will be given within 10 working days. Following this response if you still feel your complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction please advise further thoughts in writing and a follow up will be forwarded within 10 working days.

If you feel the complaint is still not resolved we are members of the Property Ombudsman and they can independently deal with the matter.
