The service that we received was so far below par that I have been trying to think of something positive to say but unfortunately.. there is nothing good to say.
For any future possible clients.. do not pay fee\'s until you have got what is promised!!!!! Or prepare yourself for massive dissappointment!!!
We have been in our property now for nearly 2 months and are still fighting to get things in order.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Carry out service as promised.
Do not mis-inform tenants
Dedicate time to closing issues/ problems
Do not over promise and under deliver
Accept responsibility for mistakes
