Unfortunately I won't be able to agree with all the other comments on and recommendations for Wyatt Hughes. Our experience so far has been completely different. Lauren, the main person we where in touch with, took her time to provide a service on time - knowing the fact that how urgent our situation was (13 days she had to do everything). For example, even though we would send all the necessary information on the day to get done with the reference check etc as soon as we can. We would receive the form 3 days after. Now, we are about to move in our flat on Saturday finally ( I had to book airbnb because the flat wasn't ready on time - we had been assured that it will be) even though it says that the office is open until 5pm on Saturday now they are saying that they have to close it at 1pm and we need to be there until 1pm (we are moving out of London and moving in to St.Leonards. It takes us 2h to get there plus all the furniture and belongings we need to carry and prepare.. It's not an option) On top of that while we were trying to find a solution ( John was quite helpful to be fair) Kathryn was extremely disrespectful shouting at me on the phone, not allowing me to speak and getting extremely aggressive like I should be thankful that they are allowing me to come until 1pm on Saturday. This is the beginning of my tenancy and I hardly actually worked with these people but it seems like it's going to be a difficult tenancy period. There are many things I could write actually. The fact that they are expecting all the repairs and fixtures (shower, painting) to be done at our own cost etc... The reason why I am writing this is because there isn't any review talking about the treatment to tenants, I felt that it's necessary to explain my experience with them as I won't recommend them in any sorts of way. And to be honest, after London and all the bad experiences, after I read the reviews in here about these guys I thought it was gonna be refreshing to work with them. Little I knew. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I understand that the delay with the referencing was due to yourself providing the incorrect information on the reference application. A member of our team highlighted the error to you & corrected it on your behalf in order to help speed the process up.
Your statement that you had to book an Airbnb as the flat wasn’t ready on time is also factually incorrect. May I take the opportunity to remind you that you were offered the option to move into the property the previous weekend, however, emailed us to advise that it works better for you to wait the week! This was therefore your choice to delay the move in to suit you.
With regards to your phone call to the office concerning collecting the keys in which you say a member of the team shouted at you is also incorrect. May I remind you that we informed you that the letting dept closed at 12.00, however we could stay late an hour if it helped you but this was unacceptable to you. We then offered to have a member of the team meet you in the office from 8am on the Friday, however, this was also unacceptable to you. We also offered the option to come to your place of work in order to go through the paperwork on the Friday if our diary allowed for it, however, you confirmed that you would in fact be able to come in during the day after all.
With regards to your comments about us expecting you to carry out repairs yourself is also incorrect. For instance, when viewing the property you had seen that the bathroom consisted of a bath and shower mixer hose with no shower attachment attached to the wall. You then asked a few days prior to moving in if the landlord would install a shower and were informed that the property was being rented as is and how you originally viewed the property.
To confirm, Wyatt Hughes do not manage the tenancy and your landlord had cleaned and prepared the property in readiness for your move in.
