While our application for the property was being processed we had numerous issues regarding communication... often promised to return our calls although these were always broken, the only explanation I received was that our agent was unavailable and I was being referred to another of their agents, Becky. When I finally spoke to her the application was pushed through and eventually moved in 4 weeks after the initial application which in my experience is a huge delay, especially as I was in hospital with my newborn and had an 18 month old at home, when confronted on why it was taking so long they had no answer for me, they could "only apologise for the inconvenience at this stressful time" - Not good enough by my standards!

After moving in there have been several problems... Ants were getting into the conservatory and kitchen as it has not been properly sealed... When I asked for this to b solved nothing was done after calling twice per week for 4 weeks so I had to correct the problem myself as I could not let this carry on with my two children for hygiene reasons.
Secondly the light and fan in the conservatory has never worked... 6 months of asking and still nothing done, reason being "No electrician is free to do it in the area in the coming months" - Absolute rubbish!!! I laughed at their response and called my own electrician, kept the receipt and took it off my rent payment. This they didn\'t like at all but they had no choice but to accept after I said Id happily appear in court and explain why I hadn\'t paid the full amount and I have all the evidence I need to back me up.
Now as we are moving out this weekend a huge crack has appeared in my sons bedroom ceiling and is going through to the bathroom.... Dud of a House!!!
Thirdly dodgy electrics in the conservatory and kitchen, plug in something too powerful and it blows the electrics.... I have been informed by an electrician this is because the socket has been spurred from another.... COMPLETELY ILLEGAL AND A FIRE HAZARD.... but these agents don\'t seem to care.

Bottom line.. I think these agents should be reported and no one should ever use them if possible.
What agent could do to change your mind?
